Our program, DAMSE (Deep Awareness Meditation, and Self Enquiry), offers practical exercises and guided meditations designed to enhance emotional well-being, focus, and resilience in all age groups. We firmly believe that these skills can have a profound impact on everyone’s personal and academic journeys.

To make this invaluable experience accessible to as many students as possible, we are offering it free of charge in many local Library’s and church hall’s facilities as we believe that these practices are essential for the future of human evolution.
