2. Enrollment and Payment
– Enrollment: To enroll in our classes, you must complete the registration form and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
– Payment: Fees for classes are due at the time of enrollment. Payment plans may be available upon request. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
– 4-Week Subscription: The 4-week subscription must be considered as 4 consecutive weeks from the start date of the subscription. Classes missed during this period will not be carried over or refunded.
– Pay-As-You-Go: The pay-as-you-go option allows you to pay for individual classes as you attend them. Each payment is valid for one person and one class entry only. Payments must be made in advance unless otherwise stated. Each purchased entry must be used within 4 weeks of the purchase date, or it will expire.
3. Code of Conduct
– Respect: Students are expected to treat instructors, staff, and fellow students with respect at all times.
– Punctuality: Classes begin and end with our traditional three-bow salute. It’s important that every student participates. If you arrive late, please find a safe place to quietly join the class and perform the salute.
– Dress Code: Students must wear appropriate martial arts attire as specified by the school. Uniforms should be clean and in good condition.
– Personal Devices: Personal devices, including phones and tablets, must be kept outside the training hall in our designated lounge area. They should be set to silent mode to minimize disruptions during classes.
4. Safety and Liability
– Assumption of Risk: Martial arts involve physical activity that can be dangerous. By participating in our classes, you acknowledge and accept the risks associated with martial arts training.
– Medical Clearance: Students should consult with a physician before beginning any new exercise program, including martial arts training. Inform the instructor of any medical conditions or injuries that may affect your participation.
– Liability Waiver: Wushu Shaolin Dragons and its instructors are not liable for any injuries sustained during training, whether on or off the premises. Students participate at their own risk.
5. Training Weapons
When we introduce training weapons, students will be required to either purchase their own training weapons or buy them from us. Without the necessary training weapons, students will not be able to participate in these specific practice sessions.
